Day 1
: Arrival in Patna

Arrive in Patna, the capital city of Bihar.
Visit the Golghar, Patna Sahib Gurudwara, and Patna Museum.
Overnight stay in Patna.

Day 2
: Patna - Vaishali

After breakfast, drive to Vaishali (70 km from Patna).
Visit the Ashoka Pillar, Bawan Pokhar Temple, and World Peace Pagoda.
Return to Patna in the evening.
Overnight stay in Patna.

Day 3
: Patna - Bodh Gaya

Travel to Bodh Gaya (110 km from Patna), one of the most important Buddhist pilgrimage sites.
Visit the Mahabodhi Temple, Bodhi Tree, and Great Buddha Statue.
Explore other monasteries around the temple.
Overnight stay in Bodh Gaya.

Day 4
: Bodh Gaya - Rajgir

Head to Rajgir (70 km from Bodh Gaya).
Visit Griddhakuta (Vulture's Peak), Venu Vana, and hot springs.
Optional: Ropeway ride to visit the Japanese Peace Pagoda.
Overnight stay in Rajgir.

Day 5
: Rajgir - Nalanda

Proceed to Nalanda (20 km from Rajgir), the site of the ancient Nalanda University.
Explore the ruins of Nalanda University and visit the Nalanda Archaeological Museum.
Return to Rajgir for an overnight stay.

Day 6
: Rajgir - Pawapuri

Visit Pawapuri (30 km from Rajgir), a sacred place for Jains.
Visit Jal Mandir and Samosharan.
Return to Bodh Gaya for an overnight stay.

Day 7
: Bodh Gaya - Patna (Departure)

Travel back to Patna.
Depending on your time, explore the local market and traditional cuisine before departure.

How to Reach

By Air: Patna Airport (Jay Prakash Narayan Airport) is the major airport in Bihar. Gaya Airport is also an option for Bodh Gaya. By Train: Bihar is well-connected by railways. Major railway stations include Patna Junction and Gaya Junction. By Road: Bihar is accessible via NH 31 and NH 2. Regular buses and taxis operate between major cities.
